My PC seems to be still caching every page and not updating at all. If others add replies I still get the old thread - very frustrating as I have to refresh each page - even the forum menus etc.
How do I fix? I use Firefox as my browser.

not sure what the problem is with your PC CW. The changes have no effect on the cacheing they are identicle and actually loading the sact same page. It is just that I have basically masked the URL's using server configuration.
