If he was finishing up as many thought, there was the incentive to 'climb the mountain one more time' for the legendary coach, and also for the departing champion players. Suddenly they don't have that.
Also B Smith is a dickhead, I don't think that is helping their cause right now. Munster is good but can't do it all on his own.
