Is Jake Trbojevic the new 'Igor'

I think Jake will probably end up like Igor. Both will be among the first named when they talk about greatest ever Manly sides

Randall came into first grade with a couple of other young players at the same time and the three instantly made an impact with a win. As stated he was initially a centre.

He was reasonably fast. I actually went to primary school with him and he was one of the quickest in the school. But in first grade he wasnt fast like Walker or Kelly. But he was solid, always a good defender. Cant recall when he switched to the forwards but it must have been obvious he was better suited there.

His tackling prowess developed over the years and given he was a fast forward he was good at covering. That's where we saw a lot of his side tackles, and they were classic in a Raper/Coote style only harder.

But at Jake's age he wasnt the ruthless tackler that he was to become. But he was still damned reliable and always tough. And that's why I wouldnt be dismissing Jake's potential to be another Igor as he hardens up

I think he only ever played a handful of 1st grade games at centre. He was a very young second rower in our first premiership team.
