Went last night - it was a nice casual evening. Compared by Zorba....they had Beaver's first game on re-run in the background (you could tell he was going to be a superstar right from the word go). They interviewed Beaver, Cliffy and the other lads leaving Manly this year (Bell, Willo, Box). The players then mingled with the fans posing for photos or in Beav's case signing about 500,000 copies of his book. Was a good night all round!
I saw that Vid was going and I couldn't stand another two hours of football songs hehe Probably cop an earful on Monday night.
