What a freaking gutsy win. That's what we want to see from the boys.
Special mention to the new boys Perry & L'Estrange - top games. L'Es really took us forward. I don't care if he starts next week so long as he starts getting at least a 50/50 share of game time.
Glen Stewie had his best game this season.
Matai showed what he can provide and proved me wrong in terms of the impact he could have after that long out.
Orford controlled things well. The stats on number of times in opposition 20 would be intertesting. We got good value out of our limited opps.
7-1 penalty count was a disgrace when you look at some of the soft penalties against us early that were never returned. Don't forget that the Eels had a 12-4 count in their favour last week. What's the story!? 19-5 in two weeks & they lose both - sucked in.
Did anyone else think that Hindmarsh knocked on in goal just before the Robinson try?
It's gonna be an interesting 17 we get onto the field next week but if we can focus and beat the dogs we will come out of the bye on 10 pts and have the season back on track.
