If you really want to force change

we all know the only way to get the full story is to follow the money. No different in rugby league. The money startts and stops with the networks. There only loyalty is to the coin , and not to toddles.

Currently todd is a great puppet for the networks / media and they are happy with his reign , and will shelter and conceal his short comings as a ceo as long as they are on the good end of the deal. No matter how poorly the game is run as long as he makes them happy he is safe.

W e can bitch , whine watever but it makes diddly squat. You have to hurt the bottom line of the money men. The deal is struck and they have to part with cash no matter what for 5 years but affecting there recoup will get them to take notice and they can and will force change

So stand up and do something that counts
Stop watching channel 9 . If manlys on watch it then turn it off every other time.
Wind back your fox subscription to only have sport and basic package but dont watch any other games unless your mates are playing
Let everyone know you are making a stand and go through with it. Get others in board
Start a petition that you wont change until todd is gone
Start a facebook page . Tood goes or ch 9 is dead to me
Be relentless, and make them pay
Boycott the sponsers and let them know why

But let them all know as loud as you can yell it

But accept that if you want to force change it takes a committment other than just bitching about it. My pooter skills are limited but i can lend time to anyone who want DO something.

10 years ago it was all about making a stand against the corrupt useless gallop... Then theu brought it regular usless smith, then corrupt douche bag greenturd, point is, we can complain, we can boycott, we can whinge and moan all we like (with fair reason too), but the nrl will just appoint the next corrupt (or useless) douche bag in line and we will carry on for the next 10 yrs like this...

Personally i dont watch any footy unless its manly, dont watch fta tv at all, dont watch foxtel at all... Why pay 40 bucks a month for game of thrones and manly?? I can download one and go to the pub for the other...

I believe dave smith was great for the game and was run out by the media because he had the games interests at heart and not theres. I also thought he knew how corrupt it was and tried to force change

Kev Humphreys and Murray Farquhar are starting to look like Snow White and Honest Abe (respectively) compared with Greenberg's corrupt NRL.

I like the sentiment but sorry, consumer boycotts are rarely effective.
Though probably more effective than a 'petition'. "We, your humble and loyal servants, pray and plead that you hear our complaint, oh great ones". Sorry, petitions are bs.
What would help is someone with the dirt prepared to come forward.
Failing that, we are stuck until the revolution, and I'm not really sure what will happen to professional sport when that occurs.

I'm almost halfway there with my boycott, I rarely watch 9 and Fox I just got the basic sports package.
2gb..... what can I say there.
Hadley used to attempt to rip in to John Quayle on a regular basis and cannon used to just put him over the boundary fence. Not so greenturd. Says nothing.
