A week without internet, not sure how I managed but it’s refreshing to just drink beer , cook camp ovens and try and catch Red Claw!!

Anyway , all I know is Hastings made the named squad and to save me reading 500 pages of crap in 5 dot points what did I miss??
 
Dylan Walker has been named at 5/8, Moses Suli has had to have his contract upgraded to be in the NRL squad and has been named in the centres. Gosiewski's injury has seen Shaun Lane named in the back row with Winterstein on the bench.

Hastings was named in #19.

I saw all the headings, and then 500 pages of posts and thought, nup, I’m sure someone can do it in 5 dotpoints ( thanks @HoldenV8 ).
 
The Baz leaving story started with Gus Gould saying Baz called him a couple of times to (and I paraphrase) have a bit of a sook.
Seems Baz needs a cuddle, so the club are appointing the crooked former Storm and Roosters recruitment manager to do just that.

Yep. I think we can now safely say that unless he is one of only 17 fit players we have, Jackson Hastings' first grade career at Manly is over. It just won't happen, at least not while Barrett is the coach.

Speaking of yeah nah.....there were also rumours for a couple of days that he was about to walk from the job and had a meeting with the club (news broken by Phil Gould in his podcast which hasn't made some happy as he said he got the info straight from the horses mouth). The meeting with Gorman was true, but Barrett refuted the stories he was about to quit and said he was in it for the long haul.
