We cannot afford to offer beaver a start, with farrer, perry leaving and not spending any money on a replacement half after orford , like its hard to see were our cap is all been chewed up, surely we must replace perry with a decent forward, we must cause the likes of kite, king ,rose and either cross or ? will get dominated, leaving our star back line with no go go forward or room...........

Foran will have at least tripled his contract, Watmough would be up 50k at a guess, Oldfield will be upgraded from minimum to modest and I would guess Cherry Evans would be in a similar boat

We have 1 of the more talented squads in the NRL, and retaining that has meant we don't have the room to bring others in. Looking around the NRL sides like the Gold Coast, Titans and St George would be in a similar situation talent wise and they aren't in the market signing people either. Yes the Dragons got Gasnier but that has already forced 2 rep players out of the club along with a couple of talented youngsters in Faifailoa and Henry

My point wasn't so much the getting beaver back subject, but the whole signing/retention of players subject.
