So, take someone like Cameron Cullen. He is a highly regarded player, who got man of the match in the Queensland Cup grand final, scoring 2 tries.

But obviously we have Blake Green for our 5/8.... So, Cullen now plays for Blacktown Workers until Green falls over?

My point is, Cullen played for Burleigh Bears, couple of games for the Titans, and he goes from Gods Country to Blacktown?

Doesn't sound like much incentive to me, and how many others are in the same boat?

Blacktown ain't no Manly/Burleigh/Gold Coast!

They'd have to be based out this way to train with the full squad, wouldn't they?

I guess they would be training at Narrabeen, so live somewhere around Manly. It takes an hour at least to get to Blacktown. You would think Cullen would be in the top 25 squad, being the backup 5/8.

Yep, I dare say he will get his shot soon enough. You would assume an injury or two may come the way of our starting halves (hope not). So perhaps his incentive is to prove himself so he can take over from Blake Green in '19? Or perhaps earlier if he really impresses

Yeah I imagine the tops squad train at Narrabeen then if playing reserves that week they get parachuted out for 1 or two sessions then play on the weekend

I really don't get why people are freaking out so much, Melbourne had their reserves playing in Qld FFS
