How does Melbourne pay their fine?

Fines are generally paid via a reduction in the grant to Manly and Melbourne.

The NRL will probably only give them a $50,000 cheque for the Minor Premiership

1. The $100k fine increases News Ltd's half of profit share by $50k.
2. News Ltd pass this on, increasing Storm grant by $50k.
3. Storm use the extra $50k to pay the $50k fine.
