First game in almost 20 years!
I love watching the game live but struggle on tv. I got my cousins season tickets which were great and free
As for the atmosphere it was good but I did find it weird how they celebrated scoring when they were 5-0 down
I'll be off to the Canucks v seattle game tomorrow!

Canucks gave up a 4-1 lead with under 5 mins to go to then lose in overtime in what is a franchise record for the most goals given up in the shortest amount of time.
I am so legitimately sick of this team year after year that I'm seriously considering doing what mrs ge did, and change teams. since she has, she's been able to enjoy her new team winning a stanley cup.
Even vegas who are relativly new has won a cup. My team sucks and will continue to do so as long as Myers is in the team.
I'm so ****ing annoyed at these pretenders. I feel sad seeing young kids in canucks gear being indoctrinated into a lifetime of misery.

Not gloating, probably more deflecting! Was expecting a lot more from the Oilers this season (don't get me wrong they are still well in it)
I thought losing to another Canadian team might annoy you, but hey it's the Jets and they certainly are "flying high" (🤦🏻♂️yeah I went there)

No, it's not the planned downtown cocktail lounge being built by the wife of Connor McDavid — rather, a busy fast food restaurant on the south side has rebranded in honour of the Edmonton Oilers captain.
In celebration of his heart-pounding overtime winning goal at the 4 Nations Face-Off finale last week, McDonald’s Canada made good on a deal to honour Connor McDavid.
"ok @cmcdavid97 how about this... if you bring the cup back to Canada we’ll turn an Edmonton McD’s into a McDavid’s. Deal?" the fast food giant tweeted last summer during the Oilers' 2024 Stanley Cup playoff run.
While the team was unable to secure that win, McDavid did seal the deal for Team Canada during the 4 Nations best-on-best tournament against players from the United States, Finland, and Sweden.
