Serious question. What exactly does this position actually entail, apart from the generic "oversees football operations" that is sometimes said in press statements?

I am pretty sure we did not have this position in the club during the past decade, so why now?

The Head of Football actually runs the show ( in my opinion).

Twenty is just there for his looks.

straight up Bozo is the best player ive seen and I saw my first game 62 years ago,Saints and Bunnies at Kogarah,
Arko will never be an Immortal,however Bozo will never run the NSWRL,i think Fulton knowledge of the game and the respect he has is enough.
having said that I also think Arko is the godfather of the sea eagles so no disrespect was aimed at him and he was bullet proof and so will be Fulton
