Halifax played most of the 2nd half with 11 men after 2 players sent off and beat Barrow 43-18.

Three players have been banned following the controversial Championship clash between Barrow Raiders and Halifax Panthers. An incident during the second-half saw Halifax Panthers players Greg Worthington and Titus Gwaze both sent off and Raiders centre Hakim Miloudi sin-binned.

All three have been charged though it is Gwaze who has received the most severe punishment, despite not being involved in the initial incident. The forward has been handed a Grade F charge for Other Contrary Behaviour, which carries a normal sentence of eight matches at a minimum. Gwaze was dismissed for picking up Miloudi after he went down injured.

Meanwhile, Worthington, who was sent off for punching Miloudi after an infringement in the tackle, has received a Grade D charge which carries a charge of three to five games. Miloudi himself has also been banned after being cited for headbutting. It has been charged a Grade B level, which will result in a one-match ban.

Despite spending most of the second-half with eleven men, Halifax out-scored Barrow in that period to win the game 43-18 and solidify their place in the play-offs. Fax are currently fifth, three points clear of Paul Crarey's Raiders. Gwaze and Worthington's cases will be heard by a tribunal.
