I spent some time with Penn chatting for hours and I haven't met anyone more passionate in my lifetime. He has the kahunas to put his money where his mouth is. In my opinion he is unfairly slandered on this site and only his goodwill towards the club has stopped him from Sueing one or two of the loudest on here. Sure, he has made mistakes, but overall, the people on this site don't know what they don't know.
So now you have heard one.
Talks cheap. Still the club has gone nowhere since 2014 under his total control and gone from one disaster to the other. I don't have to like him or what he does and never will. He is a businessman, what do you expect him to say when he is talking to a supporter...A Spin Doctor.

Remember I was told that the club (Mestrov) should sue me because I had imparted that they HAD in fact signed Matt Lodge despite people's knowledge at the time (and the club denying it originally). I was told how dare I accuse the club of lying. hahaha.

If Des is in line for an early exit, he is right where he wants to be. Once the Titans bite the bullet and sack him, he can get back to doing what he loves to do best: discussing the finer points of contract law with his legal team and chasing a big payout from his former employers.

What is most Disappointing for me is
Des was an Inspirational fitness freak role model
He was Dedicated to healthy eating and Keeping fit
Its seems he has lost that passion which is a shame and most of all to his health
I though I would never see Des let him self go and I mean this respectfully
The Key to Good health is Healthy Diet and Keeping active
If we can not Keep any of those two essentials we let our selves go
Letting out selves Go is Letting our Heath and our selves Down

Doesn't surprise me ever since he left Manly he's been sacked for the dogs, then Manly and he's on his way for a 3rd sacking at the Titans.
He's a coach who has been left behind.

Des would have a clause in his contract on "early termination of a contract" it's a good little earner for him.
