    Why is des so desperate to stay here next season and go back to back? He's already got the super coach recognition and the big my way or the highway contract he wanted........ So what's the point?

      If you build a team that can go back to back why would you want to leave for a team that will miss the finals next year.

      A premiership looks much better on a resume than a wooden spoon.
