Has Jordan Rankin signed?

Can someone tell me if he has signed, because this kid can really play, has exceptional footwork and a clever kicking game. I hope we have he can play 5/8 until 2018 then Wright or Pearsell can knuckle down the 5/8 position. Or if Rankin can really take off maybe he can be a long term option in the halves.

But nobody has announced the signing of him.. I hope we do sign him he looks the goods and has lil bit of billy slater / Tedesco in him when he plays fullback

They have Moses and Brooks but last season they lost Austin and this year they lost Te Maire Martin who looks outstanding

And they have signed Rankin who could kick on and Littlejohn who is purely a reserve grader

If anything they are getting weaker with half depth
