That year was maybe the least tragic of their failures in 80 years.

Everyone better book their seats in the fig tree fo the 18th as it is sure to be a packed house and NSO graveyeard for the sea eagles.

Norths HM will be the only competitive grade in Rnd 10. But with the likes of young Hoppa and Corey Hewitson in our side, (providing they arent injured) I'd say we'd still win convincingly. Their SG Ball team this year is abysmal, and even saying that is probably giving them sh*tloads more credit then they deserve lol.

Oh Dear, Ryan weighs in. Talk about fighting out of your weight division.

Getting sledged by you is like getting slapped with a dead fish,

oh and BTW you don't need a space between the owned and the !.

Ouch, he's thrown a left jab, he's thrown a right - left again  ;D
I reckon if I got a dead Kingfish, and beat someone on the head with it, they'd be in a great deal of pain !!

Oh, and I kind of dig weighing in ! 8)

Again Ryan, the punctuation goes immediately after the last word in the sentence. 🙂

Make it a small kingfish, you need to be able to lift it and jump up to hit someone in the head. And note the lack of capitalisation on the word kingfish.

Oh and yes I know you do.

At least Melbourne produce a team.  All Norths could field was a rabble.

Funny how that rabble beat Manly 28 to 16 in the 1991 semi final.  If Norths were rabble that year then Manly must have been rubble?

Manly had the best talent that money could buy in the nineties but come up with very few grand final wins.  Was that why they called their coach bozo?  Or was it because he put his son in the first grade team every week?
Oh please.  How often can one game be referred to?
It was clearly a memorable game and one not to be forgotten.

1921 and 22 was a long time ago. Is anyone alive who remembers?

Two premiership trophies more then cronulla.

I can't believe you haven't reminded them that of all clubs, through history, The Bears were one of the clubs to have completed a full season undefeated. (There were 5)

Cant recall any Sharks supporters here either, maybe you should F**k off down to Northies??

Northies is far better place than that **** hole called manly leagues club.  At least the food at northies is edible.
I was on Townsville beach the day that was played.  We were so used to winning finals back then it was no big deal to just laze out in the sun and listen to proceedings on the radio.

Glad to hear you Bears supporters were glued to your sets for your one taste of minor glory in 80 years.
