We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. The best I could do for you GE (and Canada), is watch an ex-pat Canadian comedian named Katherine Ryan. Even though she lives in London now, her latest comedy Netflix special has her doing some bloody funny pisstakes of her Canadian heritage and accents.
