While I agree with a lot of things this guy says I find it astonishing that he is given free reign without sanctions for many of his comments which 'bring the sport into disrepute' while he holds the position of General Manager of Penrith.
How can he, as club spokesperson, avoid fines etc when club coaches cop them for commenting on a referee/vidiot decision?
Gould really has the NRL bluffed. They are obviously scared of him or else they would have taken him to task numerous times.
What other high-ranking club official is able to comment with impunity on NRL matters?
Surely he should resign either from his club position or from Channel Nein because these two roles are a blatant conflict of interest.
Mind you, I'd love to see him run the NRL.

Could I be so crude to say - does Todd have balls? and Yes Gus is a protected species...imagine all those coaches fined $10 - $20K how do they feel when they question decisions and a club executive in the public forum say the things he says? I call BS.
