WESTS Tigers winger Beau Ryan has successfully downgraded his charge relating to a "crusher" tackle during Monday's 26-22 win over Manly.
Ryan was hit with a grade three dangerous contact charge for an incident with Sea Eagles winger Michael Robertson during the NRL match.

He was facing a four-week ban after taking the early guilty plea on the charge but successfully had the grading brought down to grade two, meaning he will only miss this weekend's clash against the Sydney Roosters.

When I saw the headline containing the name "Grub", I thought that you were talking about Billy "The Grub" Slater and was wondering what he had done this time.
