In fairness, those are qualities I'm sure most of us can admire & relate to.

Another one goes, more money spent by the ARU on killing off any development they may have had (not sure if they still have juniors).
It's all good for League.

They are paying Andrew Johns type money for second string rep players, I really cannot understand their strategy. Why would any junior pursue a career in Rugby, when they put it years of work only to see outsiders walk into rep teams ahead of them who have never proven themselves in union.

Cross (Waverly) is a former gun Australian Schoolboy Rugby Union player and so is Sheenan (Joeys) although I think he may have only made NSW Schoolboys.
Union is a ****ty game, so if players want to go over to it, lose more than they win and be bored out of their brain, good luck to them.
As Willie Mason said last week on the Footy Show- Union is heaps easier than League.
Eg. Rocky Elsom...couldn't make the Bulldogs first grade team in league but is an enforcer for the Wallabies....go figure!

Tahu and Grothe, both are injury prone and can see the writing on the wall at Parra. Being belted every weekend. Makes good sense for them to jump over to the barge game, do very little in the centres and smell the roses.

Mason is dead wrong if he thinks Union is simpler than League. As a forward, it is much more complicated in Union that League - you have to be able to push in the scrums, jump in the lineouts, and have your general rucking and mauling skills downpat. Mason would be too stupid to do all that methinks - he'd last about 5 minutes I reckon.
