Gregans interview on Denton

Did anyone see Dentons interview with George Gregan last night ? I think he handled himself very well and seemed very quick witted throughout, at times more than matching Denton in his retorts to questions. It seems like he very carefully considers everything he is going to say before he opens his mouth, I wish I had that skill....

She was giving out a bit and not really holding back like most other partners do in that situation. They both seem a pretty good match for each other. I thought the story he told about Andrew Merthans and his old man was a crack up as well.

Half Chinese half ....**** not sure if it was Aussie or something else....actually no not Aussie. I remember Denton saying something about a fair mix in their children and I counted about 4 different races.
I don't envy them re. the condition of their son Max. It's horrible enough to watch adults have a seizure let alone little kids.
I work as a DJ on weekends and this girl had one because of the strobe machine I was using. I was aware that this could happen but I never thought it would.
She was alright but it freaked me out big time.

my mate was diagnosed with it when he was 16. had his first 3 fits with me there. his first was when he was on the phone to me, all I could hear was a sort of groaning noise all of a sudden. he likes his porn so I thought he got distracted watching some so I hung up the phone. Then his mum called me later on asking what happened as they found him on the floor asleep. he also had one whilst doing his lawns edges, so that could have been ugly!!!!

he is fine now, has not had one since 1995. he also could not drink till about 2 years ago and even then he can only have 2 beers per day. he still comes out with all of us till the early hours in the morning when he cant drink. great sport!!!!

It's not really something to laugh about I suppose but the fact that you thought he was watching porn gave me a chuckle.
You don't realise how much it stops you from doing normal things- at school a bloke had one at the swimming carnival half way through his 50m freestyle luckly one of the PE teachers knew what was going on and saved his life basically by diving in to drag him out !
The girl the other night at the club scared me the most mainly because I was fully aware about the effect strobes had- I even had to warn a couple of punters at a joint I worked at in Sydney. When she dropped I knew straight away it was because of the strobe, I usually leave it on for no longer than 30secs but the other night I spilt some beer on the mixer and got a bit preoccupied.

It has been a bit messy doing lifesaving... I know that much. It's always scary.

Seeing someone having a fit from a drug overdose... now THAT is freaky... The second time I saw that was in a torts class too...

Have you guys thought of doing a lifesaving course? It prepares you for the worst... it's less freaky when you know what to do.

I have done advanced resucitation when I was a lifeguard a long time ago. probably struggle to remember most of it, so probably should do my St Johns!!! But I am pretty lazy nowdays so it probably wont happen.

Thanks for that Hopium I am looking into it today. There has been plenty of drug related incidents at some of the clubs that it would probably come in handy for but my level of sympathy is not as high as it is with the legit cases....I fixed the strobe so it will only go for a max of 30secs now so that's a start !

I want to go back to StJohns... but undecided about whether to do red cross instead. Anyone know the pros/cons? I gotta start from the start... again. About 3 or so years overdue at the moment.

Dan... I have a "thing" against body hair... so one thing you can take for granted is that I'll have very little. So take that you perverted fool! I think with your hair fixation a Gelf is the best sort of girl for you!! Doing a first aid course is really good though... even if you just use it to look after your family... Nudge, nudge byso... you have precious cargo now!!!

My dad is an epileptic and suffered a fit whilst driving yesterday. Ploughed into a car waiting at the lights in front of him at 60kph. All involved okay but i doubt the old boy will get behind a wheel again.

my mate is on epilim and has the option of being taken off it. However he can not drive for a certain period if he does so he has not taken that option due to work.
