Grand final appearances

I became a Manly fanatic as a 7 year old in 1972. For 50 year olds like me, we can still claim that our team is more successful than any other, based on our grand final appearances over my lifetime of support.

Manly have made 14 grand final appearances over that period. I would encourage each of you to stir other supporters that we make a grand final appearance roughly every 3 years. We had an off year this year, but another grand final appearance is just around the corner.

That's my reasoning too.
I have mates that are Dragons supporters that crap on about "11 in a row".

They hate it when I ask them, "how many GF's have they won in your lifetime"?

Luckily I don't know many Bunnies supporters and I take great pleasure in telling any of those stupid white rabbit hat wearer's that my 10 year old daughter has seen more GF's in her lifetime than they have

I'm 47, so a GF every 3 and Premiership every 6 is pretty damn good.

Actually it's 15 appearances, including 1972. Two GFs in 1978.
