Here's the link. Sorry, I've lost track of what we can and can't copy but it's worth a read if only for the fact that Roy Masters and Malcolm Knox (Does Les Carlyon still do his brilliant racing pieces?) are the only two decent actual writers writing about sport in this country. How's this for an opening from Masters:

Questions have been raised in the media over the possible return to the board of the Canterbury Leagues Club by one of the architects of the 2002 Bulldogs salary cap breach, Gary McIntyre, yet there has been no outcry against agents involved in salary cap excess at Parramatta and Manly, continuing to represent players.

WE’RE hearing some fascinating stuff about why the NRL has still not punished the rorting player agents from the old Parramatta Eels salary cap scandal. Integrity unit boss Nick Weekes told us in July, 2016 that the managers involved would be named, shamed and kicked out of the game. Nothing has happened.

Who doesn’t think old toddy will bury this ? I reckon he has a closet full of skeletons from his dog days and a few of these player agents have keys to that closet. He’ll announce an amnesty, you know a big crack down starting this year, zero tolerance and all that.
