Another 24 machines to add to the 200 at Manly Leagues, plus the machines at the Bowlo.

Things are looking up on the ‘parting suckers from their money’ front.

Yep, that's where I read it.

Apparently the owners raised the rent after the 2 years of COVID shutdowns etc so the club went into voluntary receivership.

Such a shame, as it was one of the best live music venues on the beaches.

You would have to think the RSL sub-branch are looking at the potential for housing on that site. Would be worth a mint.
