Friday Farewells

Huge movement really , but who the **** is going to replace them
Agreed on Croker. He's not on much, and we really need another hooker in the squad besides Simpkin. Croker shouldn't be the first choice again, due to his frequent absences, but is needed as a backup.

What I'm really annoyed by, is that we've picked Saab over Talau. This is the complete opposite of what we need. Saab has been showing no desire to improve, and hasn't been able to do the basic things required of a winger. We've kept him, so he can go fast once in a blue moon.

We need good yardage players, and Saab is the exact opposite. Every time he gets the ball for a yardage carry, he goes backwards. Unbelievable that we continued to select him, and keep him long term. He has no excuse, he's been here for five years.

And the big development in the game through dumb rules is the leap for the bomb for the winger and he has executed about 1 all season as he has feet for hands and shocking timing.

Interesting that Schoupp wasn't mentioned in the farewells, from the list people have on here. Not a bad depth piece, and hasn't had many opportunities with Talau here. Good hard worker, with a bit of versatility to also play backrow. Might get more of a shot next year.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Hoppa in the centres next year.

So if I were to put together what the Top 30 likely is for next year...

1. Turbo
2. Saab
3. Koula
4. Garrick
5. Hoppa
6. Brooks
7. Fogarty
8. Paseka
9. Simpkin
10. TKO
11. Olakau'atu
12. Burbo
13. Jake
14. Walsh
15. Waddell
16. Bullemor
17. Navale
18. Croker
19. Brown
20. Lodge
21. Schoupp (?)
22. Faulalo
23. Wilson
24. Simione Laiafi
25. Zaidas Muagututia
26. Paul Bryan
27. Onitoni Large
28. (Kobe Hetherington)
29. No player signed
30. No player signed

That seems decently balanced. Is there anyone I have forgotten?

Talau?! Wtf. He was going good tonight until his broken thumb. I’m shocked and disappointed with that decision.(unless TT2 got a better offer in Superleague?).
There's a few NRL clubs that could use his services at centre.

The Warriors (especially with how injury prone Berry is), the Titans with Brian Kelley leaving, and possibly the Dragons.

Another choice, is maybe the Roosters, so he can be with his GF Sergis.
