My feeling is that Buhrer's biggest asset is that he has the mind to succeed. They like his attitude, determination and brains which is why he captained junior teams and they have persisted with him. If his body comes to the party he will be good for us.

What I think is most interesting is the interview shown only mentioned the Stewart business in passing. It was more of a chinwag between two old teammates.
Meanwhile Gallop was on One HD as well as an earlier interview the previous day, after previously saying he wouldn't talk about it anymore, defending his actions. Must have thought Des was going to give him a full broadside on Ch 9 and he just wanted to get in first. Ha, ha, sucked in David!
