Flexi card holders - warning

There is a warning up on MSE that all flexi card holders should get there early tonight to guarentee entry.

Legally im not sure they could restric access to something you paid for - at least for the members.

it would be like selling 1000 tickets to a 500 seat concert for U2 and just letting first come first served and pocketing the cash.
