It was obvious from the very beginning that either the Sharks had been steroids all week or we just weren't trying. When we had the ball we were going backwards, I remember the commentator at one stage saying that in 2 tackles we had a negative gain of -1 metre. Beaver was getting picked up and driven backwards.

They monstered us in defence and we just didn't respond.
