Home final still very much up for grabs with wins over Bulldogs without Crichton and the Sharks at Brookie. I’d hope we are up for these games because the team is miles better at home and an away trip in week 1 would likely see our season end there.

I think the best spot we can achieve is 6th. Cowboys will beat an under strength Storm next week and if we win our two games we play the loser out of Bulldogs vs Cowboys.

Losing to the Tigers at this time of year isn’t a team on the way to a premiership, that game has turned us into also runs.

If we can learn to play for the full 80 minutes and not give up big winning margins or allow lower placed team to get a start like the tigers did than we should find ourselves in the top 4 next season.

In order for a home final, we need to win our last 2 and Cowboys have to lose to Melbourne. Which might be unlikely seeing as the talk is Bellamy will rest his players for that game to avoid the extra travel to Townsville.

Finals are a different game & set of rules!! We’ve beaten the Storm, Panthers, Roosters this year. We’ve lost games against a number teams due to stupidity & complacency. Our defeats haven’t been by large scores! Thursdays loss would have hurt the boys. They know they fu<ked up big time. Got a feeling they’re gonna come out firing against the Dogs & Sharks. Olakau’atu was furious after being binned! Whether Crichton is in or out next week we can win! Olakau’atu to have a huge game!!!

I agree... We scored enough points to finish in the top 8, and we scored those points the same way every other team had to score them... by winning football matches.

The target now has to be a home semi at Brookvale which will give us the best chance of getting to Finals week 2, and beyond.
