Surely the NRL must respond with something regarding our controversy. If not then they obviously believe they are above us and do not have to answer to the fans (or at least Manly).

Technically, he didn't say Peachey's try was fair. The sly worm just upheld that the bunker made the correct call, given the on-field try ruling. Technically, his point is right, but what doesn't get addressed is the real issue of how the fark that got sent up as a try in the first place.

You will be waiting a long time, the fact that three of this weekends finals were influenced directly by refereeing and bunker calls. Instead of talking about the quality of football, we discuss the dud calls that cost Manly and to some extent, Cronulla and Parramatta wins this weekend. The fans of all clubs have had enough of this inept officiating and there needs to be a total review of our how our game is officiated.

Yep, he also said the overruling of the Dylan Walker try was correct as he was offside.

For me the difference is that Archer pretty much came out and said all good nothing to see here. The AFL had the decision reviewed by the umpiring department and then released a clear statement which justified the ON-Field decision.

I think it is great that the referee boss is also the authority that is designated to make statements on refereeing decisions. We should all have complete confidence in the integrity of such a system.

Just watched Cronulla post match presser, the only thing discussed were the refs errors, Flanno had 10 that he considered changed the match.

The standard of refereeing has gone south ever since Archer took over. Bill Harrigan was asked to rate his performance and gave him 2 out of 10.

The dumb thing is that it was just as conclusive that the ball touched his hand as it was that Walker was offside. Either disallow both or allow both. That's what pissed me off.

Well that would be a different story all together, however I really don't think its the case. Time to take the tin foil hats off people. Look there were some ****ty calls in that game against us but I'm not going to blame the refs for our loss. There was plenty of stuff we did that was less then stellar.

Video is fake. You can clearly see his finger bend back and the other side he's not near it. It's impossible to bend the finger back like that.
