I've got two, now I think about it.
Garrick - he's just so enthusiastic, super fit, I think he's quite an exciting player. He is frustrating at times as he adjusts to centre, and part of it is probably me supporting an underdog as he cops a lot here, much of which I don't understand! And I've seen him speak publicly often enough to think he's probably not a complete dickhead or arsehole, so that goes into the mix too.
(And his constant arm waving and complaints are reminiscent of Tooves!)

Also - Toff! When fit he is bloody good these days, talk about a project player but he's there now in my humble estimation, just need to keep him fit and on the field. Has a great smile yet no-one would ever think of bullying Toff. Smart too, comes up with strips at important times. I can picture him taking a lap of honour after winning a GF with Manly, little bit of Georgie Rose about him

I can't just pick one... I've narrowed it down to 3. DCE overall, he is like the pilot to the plane, you need him. Jurbo, I just love his personality and attitude and I just want to give him a big hug and the player that's surprised me and I've grown to love over the year is Tommy Talau.

DCE is my favourite, in my Top 5 all-time but special mention has to go to Haumole, my favourite in waiting.

DCE first and Tommy Turbo a close second. You know Tommy loves Manly but he does not have any control over injuries. We will see tomorrow, what Manly means to him when he leads the Mighty Sea Eagles for the first time.

Overall - Koula because I think he has the talent to be the most exciting player in the game.

This year - Brown and Talau because they are playing like their lives and careers count on it.

Jake's my favourite. Has been for the better part of a decade and always will be.

I do enjoy watching Saab though. He adds that sense of excitement with his pure speed. While not perfect, he's grown as a player immensely in the past few years

Paseka-love the big guy, when he gets going we rarely lose, just needs to believe a bit more in himself and be more consistent.

He might be a bit out of sight, out of mind at the moment but I love the Tent. The man mountain has been our best go forward all year and we are really missing him at the moment. The media I've seen of him, he also seems like a great family fella and just a bit ...... goofy. Can't wait to see the big fella back soon.

• Koula for his speed and humble nature. I love to watch a great athlete.
• Garrick because it means so much to him and I also think he gets the absolute most out of himself. Sure, he has some talent and speed but I get the impression he earns everything through a great attitude and effort.
• DCE because he is fearless and goes out and plays footy for all the right reasons…to have a great time, entertain, and compete to win in the process.
