I have had a quick look at the teams and it is amazing how similiar we all think. The worst part for me was I completely forgot to have a kicker and had to go back and get rid of some of my favorite players to get two kickers, all this with 12 minutes left before lockout. Win, lose or draw it is good to cheer for a non-Manly try 'cos at least your fantasy team does well. There was a little bit of me screaming "Pass it, pass it, you greedy bastard" last weekend when one of my players might have scored.

Just looked at the stats and in general Manly supporters are 1st, closely followed by melbourne.

the average was about 48

Mate - I pencilled a team in 10 mins last Friday - I need to work out how it works. As I picked a player who is not even on the field I need to make some changes!

I just read the rules on how you sccore points. No wonder I did so poorly - at least I was only playing Mata and still snuck a draw.

Made a few changes which should help - will see how I go this week!

I just read the rules as well,explains why I only got 24 !

I thought it was going to be like the big league comp,where players score points for hit-ups,tackles etc

They've botched the scoring. Only the player you nominate as kicker should have their penalties and conversions count.

It seems as though every goal has been counted in that round, so if you stacked your team with goal kickers, you do well. That's not what it says in the rules though and kind of defeats the purpose a bit.

i got screwed - cause all the kickers are a little dearer so i stayed away

Are you sure it is not the 2 points you get for each of the 17 players (13 starting and 4 reserves) who get 2 pts if they are on a winning side?

Yeah, but I got 6 points for Johs goals when El Masri was my nominated kicker.
