"moral of the story" it wasn't just physical it was mentally draining also, remember the part about Bob Fulton ..
No team can win in the NRL losing the penalty count for 79 minutes 9-0 and men in the sin bin for 30 minutes. We were literally taken out of contention. In addition we played dumb footy which deteriorated after Keppie's brain snap making contact with the kicker. The new interpretation of the rules is a farce destroying our good game.

Meh, we were short due to injuries, bouncing back from a statement flogging of Parramatta on an emotional day & our boys looked tired.
I'm not too concerned at this loss as I'm confident we'll be back to continue our winning ways after the bye, well-rested & with some returns from injury.

Don't get upset, but we used to lose games in the past ... even when our great legendary players played ... in fact we have played in 19 grand finals ... and only won 8 of them or a less than mediocre 42% of them ...
