(actually Bull might be on it!)

Suspect we'll learn a lot ....We have a really energetic group this week: Anthony Seibold
Head coach Anthony Seibold discusses team selection ahead of our clash against the South Sydney Rabbitohs.www.seaeagles.com.au
Turns out it's a wonderful opportunity, not an exciting opportunity, eh that's pretty close 🙂
Seibold doesn't sound confident that either Sipley or Waddell will play, which isn't a shock of course, but highlights what a mountain for Manly's patched up team to climb.
So what's the chance of following up last week with what would surely be an even more famous win against the odds?
(actually it's $2.69 on sportsbet, I thought it might be double that)
This team has struggled with consistency for years, so even if we had our best players available, there's a good chance we'd follow up a strong, gritty win with an absolute clunker of a performance. There's been a lot of banging on about the squad's improved depth, and expectations will be very low, so we may as well just enjoy watching the younger players get a shot. If they do manage a win, it'll be Manly's best fortnight in quite some time.I reckon we are in for a hiding and it’s a shame because we just had a galvanising win and jumped teams to enter the 8…it’s all coming undone due to Origin and injury.
Yeh the potential is there for many outcomes mate, but I will be suprised if Lawton plays as advertised at 7.Wish I agreed but any team with Lawton as 7 and a middle rotation of Atasi James, Ben Condon, Navale, Sipley and Bullemor is going struggle against a team with Cody Walker, Jack Wighton, Koloamatagi, Arrow, Burgess, Moale, etc.

Yeah but somewhere we need people that can tackle. The Souths pack is not small and thats a big ask of HumphriesIf Waddell is not fair dinkum 100% fit - put Lawton 2nd row, and bring in Humphreys. Could be the game that is the making of him (Humphreys) as a first grader.
I don't see Humphreys as much as a defensive liability as some. Our attack (if you call it that) was predictable and one-dimensional. What may Humphreys have added? We will never know - now. The game was probably there for the taking with more spark in attack. Souths were ordinary overall.Yeah but somewhere we need people that can tackle. Me neither. I thought the whole point of playing halves as hookers was to toughen up their defence, and he seems to at least hold his own. I was hoping he'd get his debut, but maybe we'd hit our debut limit for one week…I don't see Humphreys as much as a defensive liability as some.
