My wife calls Foxtel " 50 channels of crap", but there's a few parts I like other than the footy.

I love my cricket and when we play in the sub continent, South Africa it the Carribean is the only way you can see it.

I also love my news and prefer to tune in to Sky News, get my 15 minute update , advertisement free ( they show ads on there about every 15 mins).

And there's often some good stuff on National Geo or Discovery.

I pay about $90 a month, so about $20 a week, and that in my opinion isn't too bad !!

3 Games on a Sunday will mean an evening game with 6.30ish kick off which is a work/school night only advantage being over Monday is you can get to game easily being Sunday arvo but people with kids or early work starts may be put attending that time slot

Imagine if they went 11:30 2:00 and 4:30. Sunday done right there.

your wife is so damned perceptive, it aint funny. She is right on the money.
My problem aint the sport, or the news, or nat Geo - its just the plain fact that Murdoch owns it, and as reported a few posts earlier, he wants ALL, repeat ALL of the NRL. He has already ruined the game we love, and, how much do you think you'll pay when he has the monopoly?
