The thing about Jake is not that we should get rid of him or he should retire or whatever. We just don't think he should be the lock nor should he be an 80 minute player any more.

Move him to the front row and reduce his minutes to around 50-60 and that would be fine.

No one wants him gone. We just want to get the best out of what he has got.

And yes, he is overpaid.

We just can't back up a win with a decent performance. Arthur is a career NSW Cup player. Browny really doesn't offer a lot. Plodell is just woeful. Brook just isn't a leader and the lack of ball Saab gets is beyond frustrating.

And I presume our quality coach will give Navale 7 mins again while keeping Waddell out there to gift them the game.
