The OBC North Dublin Eagles will be taking on Carlow Crusaders in the Rugby League Ireland Leinster Grand Final This Saturday the 4th June 2011 Kick Off at 2pm.

The Eagles are hoping to make amends and reverse an earlier season result of 30 to 34 in their heart breaking loss to the Crusaders in Sutton.

I was reading earlier this month that the RLI was not actually connected with the ESL, and that the big open day they had in Dublin recently was a way of building bridges with the hope of eventually having a Irish team in the ESL.
