Does foran still live on the northern beaches?

You guys would know better than me but does foran still live on the northern beaches? If he does get his cash, can the council find a reason to fine him for say $140000. Surely he's in breach of something, especially making comments like going to parramatta was the best thing he's done in rugby league so far.

It is a pretty simple choice, living in gods country v Parramatta. I once resided on the beaches and I am sort of half way between the 2 now. If Foran lives on the beaches well that is his business. No better place to live.

He must be a true media untouchable. If this was another sports star...the split would be all over the media.

Kieran Perkins.....Hackett....Grant kenny....any high profile woman who even breaks up with some boyfriend....S Rice...etc etc yadda yadda

I'm not saying this stuff should even be in the media (it shouldn't)...but for some reason foz's predicament has been treated as 'do not report.'
