That is the problem with Baz. He had a small and brief role at Penriff as the halves coaching specialist.
The step up to Head Coach is too much, especially with a Team of newbies.
Cartwright is meant to be his guide, but we don't know if that relationship is effective.
Seibold, the defensive Coach is not working
Even Taylor realized that the young Tigers were overwhelmed in 80 minutes of NRL footy last year.
He got them to just concentrate on perfecting their defense.
There was a clear outcome that the Team had to achieve and it was not winning the game, but completing their sets and minimizing missed tackles and opposition tries.
Manly's defense is truly terrible. Compare the Eeels' advancing defensive line to our retreating one and no wonder we let so many points in
