Grizzly old fart
What's so annoying about these press conferences, is how poor the questioning is. Only one question was specific and that was about Hopa (finally) but these journos need to go back and learn how to make incisive enquiries. Fair dinkum if I had asked such banal questions as a parole officer, I'd have been out the door, in five minutes. Week after week the same dull generalised questions that elicit banal answers, so much so you wonder why its done.
As for Des, he makes all the right sounds, says things what he should say in a very generalised manner, but it never reflects on his decision making. Tonight's effort was no different. I know it probably does not reflect what he really thinks, but a good interviewer would ask the right questions to get some insight into what Des is really thinking, instead of this generalised predictable meandering.
