Max Delmege, head of Delmege Commercial told News Limited he would continue as co-owner but the major sponsorship would cease. Sea Eagles chief executive Grant Mayer said it would not have an impact on the Sea Eagles' premiership aspirations. Delmege had been the major sponsor of the Sea Eagles for six years. *********************************************************************************** was on Fox Sports Also. either we have found a bigger sponsor and Delmege has stood beside , or simply he has withdrawn for personal / business reasons. FYI Supposidly his real estate / development businnes is still doing great. It will be interesting to see how much we will get from a new sponsor.
Probably a good time for him to do it. Manly would have to be at the top of it's marketability at the moment with it's mix of on-field success & lack of off-field controversy. If he was thinking about bailing soon, then better now than later. Fingers crossed that we've already got one lined up though.
Thats what im hopping that they have already had a larger offer from a different company which Delmege would therefore withdraw from being major sponsor as said previously. but if Not then were in trouble again and noone here ever wants to go through the pain of the northern eagles and be fighting for the wooden spoon.
