I can’t remember a player like Kurt who has so quickly gained a following for a new toiler forward.

His work rate, low error count and genuine enthusiasm is refreshing in the era of “look at me” players who act like Segryaro on the socials.

I am looking forward to him putting in against the Gummies.

All our premiership and great teams have a no frills Deluxe in them like Boxhead, Rodney, Williamson, jughead.

I thought they said in commentary that Koula was bought in late as cover due to the worry Harper may struggle from the effects of Covid.Which begs the question why Harper was picked in the first place

I call BS. I reckon Koula was brought in because of Garrick not being 100%, not Harper. I think the COVID line has been utilised by Des to shield Harper from some of the criticism of his performance. If they really knew (or suspected) Harper was not well, they would have pulled him after the first 15 minutes based on what was happening. So yeah, I don't buy it.
