It is/was guillain barre syndrome (GBS).
Unbelievable what it has done out of the blue and how long the recovery battle has been. Cuzzo has run into three others who have had it this year all with different severity and length of recovery but none as long as his.

He is walking short distances a couple of times a day now ( with the physios) which is great. Still working hard on other things like his arms and hands. It’s great to see his progress and attitude. The Rehab hospital at Mona Vale is a great unit with amazing staff. I was there myself 10 years ago and the quality is still high now.

Believe it or not Bradza my accountant was one of the other three - both terribly affected. Hope I never hear of GBS again
