For mine I respect an objective and well grounded opinion that is not a product of bias to any particular club. Hard to get that when the majority of commentators are x players. The other thing I detest are reporters that run with ungrounded rumours regardless of the effects it might have on those subject of the report. The fans and people who read are really the only ones that hold them accountable. And the rubbish thats trotted out is a result of what they lap up. what you speak of is the Rugby league version of the kardashians and its pretty weird IMO for dudes to tune into such rubbish

Most guys cringe at royal weddings but still crave the melodramatic in other avenues that other guys will accept like sport.
