The way the Bulldogs totally dominated our back 3 kick returns was a real worry for me and against a better team than the Dogs we won't get away with next time. Perhaps luckily for us the Roosters aren't as methodical & give as much effort as the Dogs do so hopefully we won't be faced with the same poor field position at the start of every set. So it'll be a completely different game.
In my opinion what won us that game on the weekend other than some resilience was the fact that the Bulldogs are not a very potent offensive team more just good honest grinders. Roosters have much more strike and if we give up so much field position we'll get torched. Gotta get more out of the back 3 AND put some kick pressure on the Roosters inexperienced half.
