I think he has to make a choice? Footy Coaching, Music or being a voice judge? Clearly he can't do it all? It has become obvious to this numb nut (@Woodsie )where our problem lies. We need Coaches doing just one job. Flannno has Fox, Dragons and us and Seibold / Sebastian has music, judge and coach on his plate. FMD, The season all makes senses now.
Seibold doesn't identify as a guy. He's non binary?
