I was impressed with the boys temperament today. A couple of dodgy stripping decisions went against us - Carroll's strip on Kite went unpenalised, then we were penalised for a strip on then when replays showed a legitimate dropped ball.

The captain kept his cool, didn't whinge and got on with the game which was great to see.

Monas played much more closely to the game plan and didn't do too any chip kicks or attempted ad-lib plays when the game was on the line. We showed patience, took our chances when they presented and scrambled well when they had the pill.
