Coach of the Year Award

How is it even slightly sensible to give this award, or for that matter any of the awards before the GF. Bellamy won the award yet he couldn't take a team with three superstars to the GF, let alone win it.

Looking now Des seems a far better coach, takes a team of young guys and gets them all the way to the GF

In my opinion, these awards should be given post GF, in years to come we will fall over in hysterics when we read the history books listing Bellamy as the coach of the year. What rubbish.

I was fully expecting to see a Remington or Winchester shotgun make an appearance in the Melbourne coaching box last night, just prior to Craig Bellamy committing an act of self-harm.
