Clubs in revolt!

What is not mentioned in the article is that all the clubs license agreements terminate at the end of 2017.

Then the NRL can choose to re-license a club, or just not offer a renewal.

The clubs can also decline to renew and if enough of them are united, start a breakaway comp.

It is getting interesting and the 16 clubs signing a no confidence motion on Grant is the first salvo in what could become a dirty war.

Well from what Penn said they approached this meeting expecting a continuation of what had previously been put forward to the clubs but Greenturd pulled that off the table. Hard to negotiate with people when they don't act in good faith.

There is a game afoot ..... not seriously suggesting a conspiracy ... but all the unsigned players for beyond 2017, makes a breakaway comp interesting.

So how do you constitutionally get rid of Greenturd? Just like him to throw his number 2 under the bus

"JOHN GRANT: The quality of the candidates was strong, very strong. Either directly or indirectly through the agency we spoke to more than 30 candidates and wound up with a short list of very experienced leaders. But Todd was the stand out."
Grant hired the cnut, I'd imagine he'd be able to sack him. The clubs were only interested in the money. Satan came early.....**** bloody dyslexia.....

Is Trump the Warren Harding of the 21st Century?

Discuss.

The rise of Trump reminds me of the French Revolution. Its a reaction to disenchantment with existing ruling systems, but like the French Revolution will probably bring in a period of chaos and possibly even war. But in the long run things will settle down, Trump will vanish into the history books and possibly a more functional structure will arise. So it is with the NRL. The old ways arent working well, there's disenchantment, chaos may result for a time, but maybe something better will eventually rise.

Then again that may all be bulls..t

On the other hand Rome was destroyed from within.
